Keith Parkins is a senior programmer who works primarily between ARIA, the retinal imaging group, and with Geunyoung Yoon's lab. He continues to occasionally support the virtual reality lab and is available as a CVS resource. Some of the complete applications he has written include software that integrate hardware for presenting stimuli and collecting psychophysical data, that augment reality for architectural walk-throughs, that analyze in-vivo vasculature in the retina in real time, that control hardware for adaptive optic microscopy, and that help surgeons map out functional regions of the brain during surgery. He is comfortable with most programming languages. The languages that he is most comfortable using include C++11, C, C#, python, java, and matlab.
