We welcome a limited number of exhibitors at the meeting. Exhibitor costs range from $500 (company information distributed at the registration desk) to $2000 (exhibit table/area in the space used for breaks, posters and the “grazing dinner / poster session). Any special requests should be discussed in advance with the symposium organizers (we will work with the Memorial Art Gallery to accommodate those requests).
Silver: $1000 supports a session at the symposium.
Gold: $2500 supports a symposium coffee break.
Platinum: $5000 supports the welcome reception or the Friday poster session dinner.
All sponsors will be recognized both in the Symposium program and on the Symposium website and will be acknowledged at the Symposium. If desired, equipment and/or company brochures can be placed near the registration table or in the poster area. All levels over $1000 include free registrations for 2 individuals (levels below $1000 come with one free registration).
